Tabitha: An organized crime boss tried it once. His wired and mounted skeleton turned up on a plinth outside the police station the following week. The police couldn't figure out who did it: not long after, she took over his seat on the Sleepless Council.

Jum: go with the flow then pick their pocket on the way out the door.
