One fun #TransJoy thing that happens sometimes over a couple years: watching girls join fedi, start HRT, their eventual first posted selfie, their lamentations that they will eternally look like a man, and then watch HRT and experience turn them inexorably into beautiful women, then the moment when their internal perceptions of how they look start to finally catch up with what the rest of us see.
