Perhaps this is a little Xmas/New Year present for some of you?

For the past year or so, I have been listening a lot to #Outlook on the #BBCworldservice: “True storis of ordinary people and the extraordinary things that have shaped their lives”. It gives such wisdom, inspiration and human connection, and really helps putting your own little woes in perspective. Just now I listened to Calvin Duncan’s story and would like you all to hear it, too!
