The internet is broken. Wallet gardens, lies, corrupted facts by troll farms, fascists, spread by commercial Social Media and amplified by algorithms. Surveillance on many levels destroys trust and open exchange of facts, opinions and discussions.

How shall this be fixed in the coming 10 y? How shall a new governance stop the harming causes?
