Ah buggeration. The Barclays app has stopped working with #GrapheneOS. Complains the device is rooted (which it isn't).
Mobile site works well, although is a bit more of a faff for login.

@Edent I got a new phone and installed Graphene recently but annoyances with banking apps and lack of Google pay put me off and I went back to stock. Other than that it was great but just a tiny bit too much friction for the tradeoff to work for me. I really hope that changes I'm the future.

@Edent worth saying a few like Starling worked flawlessly and it sounds like officially support Graphene. If Google Pay worked I would have been more tempted to just close accounts that didn't work.

My recent work has been on banking apps, and I’ve long argued that root detection is silly and futile.
I’ll continue to argue that.

@neil @Edent things like this make me worried about trying to switch. I have to use about 5 different banking apps and if any of them broke it would be a major issue for me
