I am starting to fully notice the up and downsides of being on a smaller instance. I of course knew that following hashtags doesn't really work as well, but it still hurts a bit to lose the #lichensubscribe and #mosstodon experience I had on mastodon.social.
I love that it now makes sense to have a feed of all posts on this instance though. I'm interested to experience that over time, and will definitely browse it as well. (👋 Hello to anyone from data.coop who sees this by doing that.)
