Every single UBI experiment I've ever read about (and I've read about dozens!) comes to that same conclusion, that UBI doesn't stop people from working.

Along with the conclusions that UBI is cheaper for society than 'fixing' the problems created by poverty, that UBI boosts the economy, that UBI encourages entrepreneurs, that UBI makes people happy.
