I only see my doctor about once every 5-6 years. Saw him today.
I have been blessed w/doctors who listen closely, and who just tell the truth.
Having heard all of the evidence, he pronounced: 1) All the really bad things it could be involve bloody mucus, and you don't have that. 2) All the really minor things it could be involve fever and upper-GI (nausea) issues, and you don't have that. 3) The most likely outcome is that it will end soon, and we'll never know what it was or why it ended.
