or it's a vague loophole in service of the full employment for lawyers movement
@jonny as one of the folks who drafted that change (with @dpk y @n0toose): that specific phrasing is for works of art (along with the exception for works of opinion). This allows people to eg share their blogposts, illustrations or video game assets under NC/ND clauses as part of their more liberal licensed Codeberg pages or games.
