@fj I believe that the post in this image, if it can be verified, constitutes "serious intent" and therefore is not protected under free speech laws upheld in the US. Meaning that prosecution may be a possibility. Verification of the exact text and confirmation that it's Author was indeed responsible would need to be obtained to secure a conviction.
