The artist creates a life size ultra realistic BMX bike out of chocolate bike including (presumably) edible paint and working chocolate cranks, sprockets, and chain. At the end they pose on the completed sculpture before seamlessly editing in the real bike in the same position on which the artist does a stationary wheelie.
