Some people just don't get it. Pays us a visit, fresh in from a group trip where everybody came down with Covid. No, you're not safe five days after getting infected; you're safe five days after you've recovered.
I ask her to stay outside, or wear a mask. She comes in, closes the door, says "it's good you set clear boundaries", and coughs. All before the mask is even unpacked.
Nobody seems to understand why I'm livid. It's not about performing mask theatre to soothe my feelings FFS. It's about actually taking responsibility to not be a vector.
