Also congrats to pdx for _finally_ getting some downtown protected bike infrastructure. Seattle was jealous of and stole Portland's neighborhood greenways concept a decade ago, but at the same time started building out a downtown PBL network; that decision has aged well.
@Andres4NY the decade-old decision to put it on the wrong side was in deference to freeway-to-bridge traffic (cutting through because the freeway is congested.) Real self-inflicted induced demand.
