I've been following the #WarnerBros bidding wars on the John Campea Show so I was expecting today's announcement that #Netflix is preparing to acquire WB (and HBO, and DC).

I definitely prefer this outcome over Paramount acquiring them, but do I approve of the merger, any merger, in general? Nope! It's yet more consolidation in Hollywood leading to fewer opportunities, fewer jobs, and more wealth for an investor class. The times we live in…
