At the meeting, I will focusing not on HOW to model information as precisely as possible, but answering the question: SHOULD we model all information, taking into account the privacy of individuals and communities and the potential harm that data may cause to others? Specifically, I will discuss events, both in history in Europe and today in Palestine, where data management technology is misused and developed to facilitate war crimes.
