Its so awesome when someone, somewhere in the unknowable depths beneath where you do your piddly little computer things has an opinion that suddenly surges forth and forces November to have 31 days in a cyber-island you didn't even know you were on ruled by a monarch you didn't know existed
There are 14 recyclable calendars they recycle every 28 years. It _should_ just be a lookup table with an index to the year.

Bro I do not care if my calendar is not optimized the only important feature of "what the date is" is that its the same as everyone else's
Some people will mark 30-day November as legacy and treat it as a compatibility problem with outdated code. Others will accept the numbering of the days as not being their fight and accept the inferior numbering in order to not create a temporal mismatch that hurts only me.
