Bedroom 4 says it has a full BSTH but shows a sink, and the room is is smaller than the powder room!
Look how the guest suite has no walls.
As someone from a cold climate, first thing my eyes saw were all the sinks on outside walls (way to get frozen burst pipes). Then I started to look closer! what a nightmare!
There is a way more fundamental issue than the Coat Bath. Where is the door to enter/exit?

@silverspookgames I don't understand why people are claiming the only exterior door is in the garage. That appears to be a particularly large window. As far as I can tell, there is no exterior door anywhere.
