The #ERC has just announced a new, very special and ambitious grant: ERC plus grants that will be 7 Million € for 7 years to do really ground breaking research that requires such an effort (and that is worth it). Only 30 will be given across all fields and you can have it only once in your life, so they are extremely competitive, but you could do exciting things if you have a great idea. It is open for all career stages.
