We're running decentralised technology like Mastodon, Matrix and E-Mail 😉 to name a few, and we could submit "technical talks" from the sysadmins point of view or with respect to organisational needs. A genuine contribution could be to outline the coop approach to running technical infrastructure and the cooperative shift of economy. But we're kinda overworked atm.
