What will be the next step? Once they get rid of all 'foreign' disruptive citizens, will they go on an take care of US born disruptive citizens? Maybe they'll want to pay El Salvador to take care of them?
It's like when they put on limitations to visas to obese foreigners. The move was kind of ironic because the US is on top of the list for obesity.

Every time I read or hear the words Third World to designated poor countries, I laugh.
The term Third World arose during the Cold War to define countries that remained non-aligned with either NATO or the Warsaw Pact.
Meaning that Austria, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, and Switzerland were part of the Third World.
