I'm thankful this year for spending time amongst the deep lovelies of our pacific northwest waters. This is a kelp pipefish photographed late last night (they only come out after dusk). Did you know that, like sea horses, the males carry eggs? It's too early for that, but I can't wait to photograph some pipefish paternity later! #underwaterphotography #scuba
