@willhbr I'm a sucker for GNU #parallel, so I use it for that kind of use cases:

parallel -j 3 --eta rsync -a {} destination/ ::: Downloads/*

#rclone is fine, but I don't like to have duplicate tools and I'm very fond to #rsync

@esparta that's basically the solution I found, I'm not a huge fan of having to glob the files (80k in this case, is that over the argv limit??) so I was hoping I could just flip some flag or use a drop-in replacement
