Reasonable counteroffer:
1. Russia exits Ukraine.
2. All accused Russian war criminals including Putin are surrendered to the #ICC.
3. All kidnapped children are returned to Ukraine.
4. Russia pays 100% of the cost of reconstruction.
5. Sanctions are lifted only after items 1-4 are done.

@BlueDot I'm concerned that this may be taken as a position to haggle from when it's actually the only sensible outcome. Obviously you'd start with more extreme demands you don't expect to be accepted.
