@bergmeister A somewhat random list, but a very real problem. I'm most familiar with Glacier (the American one, in this case), and it's not only bad there. The entire Mountain West, especially the northern Rockies, has been absolutely overrun in the last decade thanks to Instagram, and much more so since COVID thanks to remote work and "digital nomads."

Fortunately I've visited most of the popular parts I want to see, and it's a big place, so I can keep moving further into the periphery. It's not my job to be a gatekeeper, other than to argue that hiking with a bluetooth speaker should be a federal crime. ;-)
