I live above my workshop so it is close. What would suit you, living close to your workspace, or having distance to switch off at the end of the day?
A3: I love being really close to my workshop space. I’d choose a workshop with accommodation over accommodation with a workshop! Even if my workshop was in a barn that was away from the house a little way, I would end up building a covered walkway between the two that would eventually turn into a corridor bringing the workshop into the house.
