I really hate the way certain foreigners praise the dutch welfare system (looking at you, USians) when I'm getting frustrated and exhausted navigating the gauntlet of my son turning 18 and me being on below social minimum sickness benefits.
Nothing in our situation has changed but I'm spending hours reading, researching and filling out forms about information that is in their databases anyway.
Especially with the concentration problems from Long Covid.
