@Edent Yeah, sadly not the first time this happened. Thankfully, the Codeberg people were quick to delete those spam issues but I still got the e-mail notifications which now just (correctly) lead to HTTP 404 pages.
You will recognize this "writing style" very quickly so just delete + move on (unless it was already deleted by Codeberg before).
Here's three on one of my #Codeberg repos.
The legit looking one is LLM generated nonsense. Looks vaguely right, but doesn't actually make sense.
Annoyingly, despite reporting the abuse, I can't see a way to delete the issue. I guess I have to manually close it?
@Edent Codeberg should allow you to delete any issue on your own repo immediately. Deleting is a different action than closing. There should be a button in the sidebar of the issue page.
But I guess the spam issues have already by deleted by Codeberg anyway (Codeberg is pretty quick in dealing with shit like this).
@Edent Exact the same happened to me a few minutes ago. The LLM ones are actually quite credible at first sight, but they complain about stuff that does not exist in my games.
@Edent Really interesting, thanks for writing this! Seeing the images and links posted in my issues, I would guess it is just a bored kid, as you are suspecting.
