Not sure how Indivisible claims the imagery of a person holding a smoke flare or what local elected officials exactly will say, but this was shared by a community member, and the bigger our responses in the moment and after, perhaps the more we will do to prepare and exclude all of these kidnappers and their collaborators from our cities.
