There is a leafless tangled hedge behind and some bare trees. The sheep appear to be arranged on 3 levels. The nearest are the lowest as they are lying down. The next 3 sheep are slightly further back and appear to be standing on the lower bar. The highest two are standing on a structure of some sort and look as though they are perched on the top bar.
