Merz so far mentions that we are too dependent on foreign powers such as China and the US, and that we need European innovation like #Eurostack. 🇪🇺
Merz: "Because of our size and position, Germany and France carry a special responsibility to realize digital sovereignty."
Macron: "Europe doesn't to be the clients of foreign big tech. We want to design our own solutions."

@Gina all talk. Europe is decades behind those countries and with all the restrictions and hurdles for companies in that sector, it's not gonna change quickly.
