The photos and other media on our instance are malfunctioning due to Cloudflare outage. Sorry about this, but there's nothing we can do on our end. Media is something we can't easily self-host cost-efficiently, we're talking terabytes of data.

@rolle It does but it does also sound cool right? Imagine if all you needed to do was serve URLs and a decryption key ?

@rolle What about if users of your instance could donate hosting on their internet connections - Perhaps a CDN that ran on their router ?
