Santa Conquers the Martians and Santa Vs Satan are top picks from us.
Scrooge and The Snow Queen are also out there.
There's a Christmas scene in Texas Brooklyn and Heaven but it isn't a Christmas movie exactly.
@ajroach42 You know, I should've mentioned Martians and Vs. Satan - I totally blanked on the fact that I also covered them already. The question is based on stuff to review for my zine.
I covered the above three last year, but "The Snow Queen" is new to me. I had no idea NETV had a holiday section! I did skip film adaptations of "A Christmas Carol" last year so this 1935 version should make a good pick. Thank you! NETV and the work you do is such a joy to me, not to mention very helpful in projects like this.
Incidentally, I've read that "The Great Rupert" is PD yet I can't find any uploads of it - I'd never heard of it before. There's also a 1970 indie TV animation called "Santa and the Three Bears" that is supposedly PD but I've yet to confirm it either.
@LeoKirke The Great Rupert is on youtube, but the version I found kind of looked like ass.

@ajroach42 (I do hope "Santa and the Three Bears" is actually PD because it'd be cool to review a film in the public domain that stars an actor I actually got to meet as a child, Hal Smith.)
