My head is full of bees today. I seem unable to find any purchase whatsoever. I need to rewrite a 112 page document for someone and since sitting down to do it this morning I've tidied the house, done 2 loads of washing, made soup and decanted all of the rice/grains/pasta/sugar etc into jars for some reason. I'm fizzing with negative energy. Like you could throw me into a collapsing star and it would just even it out. Turn back into a star? Blow up the universe? Full disclosure I am not a scientist.

Would it help if someone flamboyantly came up to you, like a ringmaster from a circus & then with equally flamboyant gestures asked you to, "Release the bees!" As if you were about to perform in front of a mesmerised audience?

All of a sudden everything vanishes into utter darkness, a quick dramatic drumroll & a spotlight shines down on you.
You have no idea what's going on but for some reason the ground beneath your feet is sandy. You hear the odd cough, quiet murmuring & shuffling of people sitting.
Another spotlight reveals an entrance, or exit, to your left & slightly behind you. You turn towards it a bit. You see a flamboyantly dressed ringmaster, complete with top hat & tailed coat in various brilliant colours.
As they enter the ring, their arms raised & wide the whole ring is lit up.
They are doing their quick introduction & greeting to the crowd before turning to you. They now turn their attention to you, walk around you, extolling the sheer awesomeness that is The Great Bendini!
They walk around you making grand gestures & finally once the crowd quiets down & looking towards you, utter the words, "Release the bees!"
As they say them they smile the warmest, happiest smile you've ever seen & gesture grandly at & around you before pirouetting away & making their way back from where they came.
That happy, jazzy circus music that you hadn't noticed suddenly becomes clear & the audience is cheering you on.

So I went on a run. Now there are less bees.
I'm still sore from the weekend run and have a big run tomorrow so I daren't go tonight and am just managing it until I can also.... release my bees. ❤️ 
@MamaLake @TheBreadmonkey I’m struggling to deal with bees now that I can’t run. Sports Injury Guy says I can use the indoor bike but I’ve failed to do so all week BECAUSE IT’S NOT THE SAME. I need to get over this.
