Solved!
Is there a way to take a gpx with lots of separate, small tracks in it, and convert those tracks into separate POIs instead?

I've done a search in Overpass Turbo for farmyards. They are marked in OSM as areas, so if I search for nodes I get 0 results. I have to search for ways, but they get exported as tracks. And I just want a gpx with them as POIs.

Can I convert this, so I go from a gpx with lots of lines to just one point pr separate track?

@forteller Maybe it would be easier to output the centroids of these areas from Overpass, to avoid any need for conversion?

This can be done using "out center" at the end (probably replacing "out geom" if your query has that line).

Here is an example for one farmyard.
