In Spain community renewable energy is expanding quickly & helping the green (energy) transition spread across the country;

as someone who is part of a community broadband project, this step away from oligopolistic market provision has proved highly beneficial & so I can entirely see the logic of such a move in energy too.

The Q. is would community energy hit the same levels of resistance (which we overcame) as community broadband?
