@catsalad How the hell are they going to enforce this? It's not like there are license plates on bicycles that can be used to identify the owner.

The "Raccoon River Valley Trail" outside of Des Moines, Iowa is, in reality, a "toll road" for bicycles.

Of course there are more than enough reasons to hate living in Florida to ensure that I'll never have to have that debate with myself.
