@Gina Mine kept rejecting my expenses because my system settings were set to the UK's dd/mm/yyyy format.

Even though that was an option in the UI, it would reject anything which wasn't mm/dd/yy.

And, yes, it was Oracle!

I didn't quit *because* of that - but it certainly made it easier.
