@_elena Regarding your mention of Zoom, have you tried just using the web browser? They *do* try pretty firmly to get you to use the app, but I have had good results with that; admittedly, I haven't needed to use the more advanced features. Combine that with an otherwise blank or mostly-blank throwaway browser profile and you should look pretty bland to them. Definitely works if you are just a participant, as opposed to a presenter, in the meeting.

One nitpick on this:
"I plan to translate this in foreign languages."
*Any* language is always a *foreign* language to someone. A language that is foreign to you and me could be a 1st language for someone else. With that in mind, I suggest more inclusive phrasing such as:
"...translate this into languages foreign to me."
OR
"...translate this into other languages."
