Experimentation is a huge part of photography for me.
For example, here I spent two hours holding my camera in the powerful flow of a freezing cold burn running high from recent rains.
I took more than 200 shots and have kept less than 20 due to the experimental nature of the session.
Hot tip: If you fancy trying this, don't fill your wellies almost immediately - it makes for a long day. 馃檮馃ザ

Bubbles created by the powerful force of water running over rocks in a stream are captured in close-up detail by my OM System TG7 camera held under water. The fill-in flash helps to highlight and freeze the individual bubbles, making them look like liquid metal.
