@tim Looks like 4.5.1 is out already. I've got lots of catchup to do. Scheduling for a couple weeks.

@tim I think it is okay. Update process also went smooth. Better then with 4.4.0.

@tim I'd suggest doing it, a patch release should be fairly quick and easy once you're on 4.5.0. The update took about an hour for me, most was database migration.

At least spend a moment checking you've got all the dependencies ready (new enough node etc) so you can jump on 4.5.1

@tim It breaks existing CSS, has a few minor dependency updates, but I think it looks decent.

@tim has been great on my server. I still can't get over that the main 'mastodon' instance regularly runs on betas and release candidate nightly builds. Totally goes against my comfort level and I consider myself on the bleeding edge! lol

I keep seeing the quote toots and feeling jealous but I don't want to lock myself into a panic update laster in the week...
