@cstross Yep. I mean, the settlement ain’t perfect… *and* it’s a fool’s move to opt out.
(No ethical choices during late-stage capitalism shading into technofeudalism, and all that.)
@lilithsaintcrow @cstross Pure off-cuff game theory here but, Anthropic is defo gonna fold when the bubble pops, probably well before any hypothetical "next lawsuit" concludes.
