#Boston area #MeshCore has continued to grow over the last few weeks thanks to both the local volunteers who make stuff, design stuff, hike up hills, and install repeaters, as well as a number of very generous people donating time and money to make it happen.

We have been deploying nodes north into New Hampshire and increasing overall repeater density, which has brought redundancy to various links.

Every dot is a former #Meshtastic user repurposing gear.

We have found that once #Meshtastic users have experienced the better performance and reliability of #MeshCore, they immediately switch. Folks are shocked to see delivery notifications, faster default RF presets (closer to MediumFast on Meshtastic), and they are no longer limited to 3-5 hops in practice.

We are doing 8+ hops reliably in what is essentially a metro-wide area chat room.

If you can reach any repeater on the map, you can reach any user within our mesh.
