(In reality I don't always want a nostril-burner, but a good cask strength can be good as long as it still has flavor.)
@tim oh boy, when I learned that a literal drop of water can take the tongue-burn away, it changed my world on cask strength! I have a bottle that is 56% ABV, and I usually prefer to drink whisky neat, but over a large ice cube... so sophisticated 😂
