A very close up photo of said presser foot, in action on the bust gores of a pink tones beige corset. There is a space for the thick folded over bit of the topstitched bit on the underside of the presser foot, and a sort of corner on one side of it, which stops the fabric from sliding to the left... And when the sewing is nudged under the presser foot, it causes the needle to come down exactly at the same distance to the edge every single stitch. There are multiple red guides on the steel, also.

The finished result after topstitching a very small distance from the edge, on the right side. There is a tiny little bit where the cut slit has not wanted to entirely turn to the wrong side, and some wisps of cut threads fluff out. This is a concern of millimetres, but against the almost machine-like precision of the rest of it, it stands out. Sini's fingertips, nails practically short for a change.

A slit has been cut into the front piece of a corset in progress. There's two lines radiating from the same point, from whence the seam allowances of the gore to be have been folded away. There's a bunch of pencil markings on the piece. Sini's fingies.
