Just hit #Luanti's "making sure you're not a bot" page, and after 5 seconds decided to just leave. Because apparently blocking bots is more important to them than literally the one single purpose of having a web site.

So this only applies to the forums. They were being hit heavily by LLM AI scrapers and other bots which have no decency, resulting in ruined performance for actual users.

I personally also find Anubis quite annoying. Especially as it's enabled even for logged in users. So I hope a better solution is found in the future

Bots are your problem. If you make it your users' problem, soon you won't have a bot problem because you won't have any users and thus won't have a reason to have a web site.

I'm so FUCKING tired of clicking on URLs only to see something other than the actual content that I expected to see when clicking the URL. I'd rather just stop using computers.
