It's bonkers that being an obvious racist doesn't breach any Parliamentary rules, but calling someone a racist after they have shown themselves to be an obvious racist does breach the rules.

But chapeau to Dawn Butler for the way she withdrew the remark:

"so I will withdraw the fact that I am referring to the Member of Parliament as a racist because of her racist comments"
