Unless the root cause of damp and mould is identified and treated…what we will see is just short term fixes.

Because that’s all that can be delivered at scale in the short delivery windows now mandated by #AwaabsLaw because without the budget or workforce in place it’s impossible to solve the problem of longterm neglect in our #socialhousing overnight.
