There's a scene in the 2005 movie, Mr & Mrs Smith, in which Angelina Jolie's character slips a bomb into Brad Pitt's character's pocket. They're at a party, and a random guest comments to Pitt, "Why are you ticking?" which saves his life.
It's been 20 years but it still annoys me.
1. We all wore ticking watches back then.
2. Who tells other people that they're ticking?!
3. Why didn't Pitt hear it himself?
