I’m supporting an online event today about pre-natal health with registrants from about 100 countries, but noting that 79% of their email addresses are with overtly American providers:
48% Google
15% Yahoo
12% Microsoft
3% Apple
1% AOL
…and wondering how much of the remaining 21% appear to be on first party domains but are in fact running on American infrastructure.
And thinking we’ve never before been this globally exposed to tech that is propping up a fascistic government 😔
