7.8 release packages are now ready for #OpenBSD/riscv64.

Release packages are still pending for OpenBSD/armv7 (32-bit arm) & OpenBSD/macppc (32-bit powerpc) as these architectures are slow to build.

EDIT: They appear to be still being copied out to mirrors, so stay tuned.. the packages in the snapshots directory (date Nov 13) are for 7.8, so you can use -Dsnap in the interim.
